– Present a satisfactory record;

– Be able to pay;

– Have sufficient guarantees to cover the risk of the operation;

– Not being in a credit recovery regime;

– Comply with the legislation on imports, in the case of financing for the import of machinery and equipment; and

– Comply with environmental legislation.
