Have you ever thought about eating a gold foil hamburger? This is the novelty of the Hard Rock Café in Curitiba, which, like other restaurants in the world chain, now offers the 24-Karat Gold Leaf Burger. It's 200 grams of hamburger covered in 24 carat edible gold foil.
Although to eat the golden hamburger the price is R$ 129. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Project Dorcas of the Lutheran Church, which helps the needy community of Almirante Tamandaré, in the metropolitan region.
“In a country with as many challenges as Brazil, it is difficult to put a hamburger that takes gold on the menu. Therefore, we decided to transfer part of the sale of this dish to the Dorcas project”, explains Brunno Kukulka, managing partner of Hard Rock Cafe Curitiba.

The gold-plated hamburger is the main novelty of the new Hard Rock Café menu, which changes the world menu after 50 years. The new Hard Rock's Legendary Steak Burgers line has freshly toasted bread, premium cuts of meat, double cheese. So the sweet and slightly spicy sauces, onion rings and bacon to make everything even more delicious.

Among the salads, two novelties. Steak Salad includes 227 grams of grilled steak on a bed of fresh greens topped with a blue cheese vinaigrette with pickled red onions, red peppers, Roman tomatoes with crispy onions and gorgonzola cheese.
However, the other new addition is the Fresh Beet Side Salad, with beetroot and orange in a mixture of arugula, spinach with lemon and herb vinaigrette, topped with feta cheese and toasted pumpkin seeds.
There is also a vegetarian burger option, with the Mushroom Swiss Veggie Burger: homemade hamburger with beans, roasted corn, chia seeds, red peppers and spices, accompanied by Swiss cheese, mixed roasted mushrooms, garlic aioli and shoestring onions in the top. The new menu also brings news in drinks, desserts and starters.
