Nilton Hang presented the land on Avenida Tancredo Neves, in front of the José Rollemberg Leite Bus Terminal (Rodoviária Nova), where the mega store Havan will be built.
There are 9 thousand square meters of sales area, as it is expected that 200 direct jobs will be generated and the space will be ready before the end of the year.
The business group awaits the permits from the city of Aracaju to start the works. As soon as the State Government sent a letter offering assistance as needed.
Since Havan's coming to Sergipe had a contribution from federal deputy Laércio Oliveira who, in March 2019, met with the president of Havan.
The arrival of the Havana store
As soon as Luciano Hang, he proposed opening stores in Sergipe. At the time, the businessman from Santa Catarina accepted the proposal and promised to visit the state North East.
The entrepreneur fulfilled his promise and in September of the same year he visited Aracaju, where Luciano was accompanied by the young businessman Bruno Tuchê from Itabaiana.
Tuchê says he has a lot of admiration for Luciano Hang, since he left Itabaiana by car to Santa Catarina to meet the businessman.
Luciano Hang spoke with architects Paulo Gervasi and Carol Rabelo. Paulo is from Brusque, the same city as Luciano, and has been in Aracaju for eight years.
Offering more than 100,000 products, Havan is one of the largest retail chains in the country, the first store being founded more than 30 years ago.
Growth
Currently, the chain has 143 mega stores and is present in 18 states. In addition to Aracaju, Havan will also open a store in Alagoas.
