essential mesh
Air transport, especially in times of crisis, is a facilitator of access for emergency issues, as it allows timely response to demands for medical equipment and health professionals, for example. It was guaranteed by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Anac and airlines with an essential air network. That allows the daily connection of all the states of Brazil and the Federal District. Cade participated in this plan, as a means of providing greater legal certainty to this agreement.
Still for the lawyer, transport needs federal coordination to allow the maintenance of essential activities in Brazil and the macro planning of the fight against COVID-19.
