It's not just the height of the skyscrapers in Balneário Camboriú that impresses with its numbers. The luxury apartment can also have sky-high prices. The Epic Tower, a building inaugurated on Saturday (29) by the construction company FG, has units that cost between R$ 9 million and R$ 26 million. It is possibly a new record in the region.
The price doesn't scare away the well-heeled, as most of the 50 units available have already been sold. What matters is luxury: the apartments have between 4 and 5 suites, indoor pool options and a series of other treats.
Type of Enterprise
O enterprise, which is the 52nd delivered by the construction company, has a curved façade, in glass skin. The architectural style means that each apartment has its own design and different dimensions. There are 55 floors, and one apartment per floor.
Namely, a large part of the building – more than 1,600 square meters – is a leisure area. Home clubs are a trend, and in this case include an infinity pool and a covered wet bar equipped with a beer, draft beer and champagne maker carved in stone.
With the delivery of the Epic Tower, the construction company has completed more than 2,750 apartment units delivered in Santa Catarina. FG is getting ready to launch a 100-story building, which should be the largest building in Latin America – today the post belongs to the Yachthouse by Pininfarina, which is also located in Balneário Camboriú.
At the same time, the work, which will have Luciano Hang as a partner, is in the approval phase. The land where it will be built is still kept secret.
Namely, the largest building in Brazil and also the largest twin towers in Latin America are under construction in the city of Balneário Camboriú in Santa Catarina. Meanwhile, the city doesn't stop building giant buildings and breaking its own apartment records.
