How can I get the discount available?

- After 45 days, all fines you receive will be processed directly by the SNE, without sending a letter.

- Not all states and agencies offer a 40% penalty discount. If your state has joined the SNE, check this list.
- At least, according to G1, you can still get a discount of 20%, which also applies to fines delivered through the post office.

- However, the discount requests may be rejected. The tax authority will check each infraction to verify whether the request complies with the rules and conditions established in the CTB for discounts.
