What happened in the market? The speech by the Saudi Arabian Minister of Energy about the effective cuts in the supply of oil after the pact closed by OPEC+, which add up to around 19.5 million barrels per day, made this rise in the stock market possible.

This decision takes into account the group's agreement, the commitment of other G20 countries and oil purchases for strategic reserves.

The largest fuel producers agreed to cut daily production by 9.7 million barrels per day, mainly for the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, accepting smaller cuts.
