Ministry of Health allocates R$ 126.6 million to 184 municipalities in Ceará. The amount will be transferred by the Ministry of Health, to help face the crisis caused by the new coronavirus.
Concerning the state government, the installment is R$ 39 million directly. This information is in the Official Gazette of the Union last Thursday (9).
The amount is directed to cover the costs of public health actions and services, groups on the Basic Care Floor (PAB) and Medium and High Complexity (MAC). These are focused on primary health care activities, outpatient and hospital care.
The Ministry of Health makes the transfer and Fortaleza alone will receive R$ 62 million to combat the pandemic.
The Ceará Health Department, until this Friday (10), via the IntegraSUS platform, reported (until 5pm this Friday) 67 deaths from Covid-19 and 1,558 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus (Sars-Cov-2 ) in the state.
According to the ordinance, those municipalities that already receive resources aimed at medium and high complexity will be entitled to an extra monthly installment, in an equivalent amount. Those who do not receive it will be entitled to the amount transferred to primary care, also in the same amount.
The money sent concerns a monthly installment of what each state or municipality already receives for medium and high complexity actions or primary care.
IntegraSUS – Fortaleza
The tool from the Ceará Health Department (IntegraSUS) was released this Friday (10). At a minimum, 103 of the 121 neighborhoods in Fortaleza already register cases of residents infected with the new coronavirus. The map delivered by this system indicates that Bairro Meireles, in Region II, is the one with the highest number of infected people, with more than 129 people.
Also in Region II, Bairro Aldeota, is not far away, with between 78 and 103 cases. Still in the same area, the Dionísio Torres and Cocó neighborhoods have between 27 and 52 cases, numbers similar to the Cidade dos Escritores neighborhood, in Regional VI.
