The new Coronavirus pandemic has caused real ruptures with many forms of work in the world, and in Brazil in general, in particular the government of Acre.
The new Covid-19 pandemic, which has required the social isolation of a large part of the population as the best preventive measure, has not yet frightened the Government of Acre, which, through the Secretariat of Production and Agribusiness (Sepa), has made an effort to maintain support to rural producers, especially those in family farming.
Last Friday, the 3rd, the Secretary of Production and Agribusiness, Edivan Maciel, met at the Rio Branco Supply Center (Ceasa).
They met with representatives of family farming, including associations and cooperatives, to discuss new and safer ways of marketing Acre Government.
Although their products during the pandemic are responsible for maintaining the city's supply and the income of these families.
Among other emergency actions carried out in favor of producers, Sepa teams also helped the community on Ramal 16, in the municipality of Plácido de Castro.

In addition, corn and soy harvesting continues in the state in several regions, mainly with the support of state government machinery. And the Food Acquisition Program (PAA) also remains firm where, through federal funding.
Therefore, Sepa acquires products from family farming at a good price for producers and distributes them to welfare entities.
It was through the PAA itself that the State Secretariat for Social Assistance, Human Rights and Policies for Women (SEASDHM).
This partnership with the State Secretariat for Production and Agribusiness (Sepa) delivered approximately 350 kilos of food to Venezuelan immigrants who are sheltering in Cidade do Povo.
Even with all this problem of the period of social isolation, Sepa continues to work so that there is a strong rural production in the Government of Acre. As well as the consolidation of agribusiness, generating income for rural people, especially those who make a living from family farming.
Finally, they declared that the teams remain strong and focused on this mission, taking all precautions against the pandemic.
