For example, if the worker has worked 8 months, he just needs to divide R$ 1,100 by 12, which will be approximately R$ 92.00 and multiply by 8, in which case the worker will receive R$ 736 reais.
What will PIS/PASEP 2022 look like?
Until now, the rules for releasing the salary allowance have not changed. The only difference will be the unified payment for 2020 and 2021.
For the worker to receive the PIS/PASEP salary allowance, he must have worked on the previous year for at least 1 month, must have registration for more than 5 years in PIS/PASEP, have received in maximum 2 minimum wages, in addition to your company and employer, have the obligation to present and correctly inform the data of the employment contract, as well as the data of the amount of payment to GD Rais.
In this way, the worker who works the 2 full years, will receive 2 minimum wages (R$ 2,200 reais).
