In an interview with TV Integração, Hellen Amaral's psychologist explained that she was working at the Social Assistance Reference Center (Cras) in the municipality of Argirita (MG).

“Here at Cras, we provide assistance instead of assistance, it means giving autonomy to the person instead of doing things for the person”, he added.
According to Hellen Amaral, the manual was completed in three days.
“I tried to make it colorful because it would help her associate colors with icons,” she said.
During the preparation, the psychologist designed the device and placed all the icons and buttons available on the home screen.
