Reasons for contesting Emergency Aid

The citizenship ministry released a list of which situations are subject to challenge. See below:

• Death registration;
• Pension for death;
• Unemployment insurance;
• Active federal server;
• Formal worker;
• Active intermittent work;
• Per capita income;
• Income greater than R$3,300 reais;
• Social security or assistance beneficiary;
• Prisoner in a closed regime;
• Seclusion Aid;
• No regime identification;
• Bond in the armed forces;
• Brazilian abroad;
• Participant of the emergency benefit;
• Military in the family without identified income;
• Unidentified CPF;
• Intern at the Federal Government;
• Medical resident in the Federal Government;
• Resources not moved;
• Civil servant of the judiciary;
• Scholarship CAPES, MEC, etc.

If for some reason you were included in any of these options by mistake, you are entitled to file a dispute.
