Although it promises to become a new landmark in the beach skyline, which contains most of the tallest buildings in the country, whether due to its height – the tower will be 170 m – or the design of its facade.

We would like to have our projects always highlighted, among the stars. We won't reach the moon, but we would like to be seen from far away.

However, the most important thing is design, because I produce design, and if we can combine beauty with visibility, the better.

Architecture and Design

We cannot forget that design, beauty, is culture. To understand beauty, it is necessary to be culturally prepared, as a line, a design, a detail brings with it an entire historical world.

Even though it is interpreted in an ultra-modern way, Tonino Lamborghini points out in an exclusive interview with HAUS,

President of the brand, when describing the characteristics of Tonino Lamborghini's first venture on Brazilian soil.

“Thus, the facade of the building, designed by the Curitiba office Baggio Schiavon Arquitetura, features contemporary lines, with an aerodynamic design and lighting design.

This refers to the movement and makes subtle references to the automotive sector (such as the grille on the facade), which created the foundations for the success and aura of luxury that surrounds the Lamborghini family name.

“We started with a super contemporary concept, with very fluid, organic lines. We played with rounded shapes, connecting the basement with the tower [of the building] and creating horizontal flaps that are repeated, but with dynamic movement, so that there is no monotony”, details architect Flávio Schiavon.”

“The interior design follows the same concept, designed by Vanessa Larré Arquitetura e Interiores.

In it, the highlight is the finishes (coatings and metals) and furniture for the common and leisure spaces produced in Italy with the residential brand Tonino Lamborghini.

“The concept of movement, with architectural lines soft and timeless, makes the development a legacy for the city. Italians are very family, they love things that are theirs.

So, we took advantage of this human issue in the project so that there are no obsolete spaces, but spaces to live in”, points out Vanessa. “The structure is Brazilian, but the style, the aesthetics is Italian, because it has to be in line with our brand”, adds Tonino Lamborghini.”
