At the moment, the Ministry of Citizenship, is responsible for organizing and managing social programs such as the Family Scholarship it's the Emergency Aid🇧🇷 Recently, Minister João Roma announced that he intends to expand and facilitate enrollment in the Bolsa Familia program 2021.
With that in mind, we brought information about the Family Scholarship, and how to make enroll and consult benefit.
New enrollments in the Bolsa Familia will be facilitated
The current minister of citizenship, João Roma, informed that due to the payment of emergency aid (for Bolsa Família beneficiaries, including), will automatically generate a savings at the bottom of respective program.
This will happen, because the amount destined to the payment of the Family Scholarship, will not need to be used in the next 4 months, due to the payment of the emergency aid, (which may be extended if necessary).
Adding this to the fact that the INSS has facilitated new registrations, through an expansion in the per capita income of a family considered to be in a situation of poverty or extreme poverty, more people can be enrolled in the program from August.
Changes to Bolsa Família 2021
Working together with the Ministry of Citizenship, the federal government's economic team reported that there will be changes in the program, which will be called “New Bolsa Familia”.
The government intends offer microcredit, to the beneficiary of the program, who is a micro entrepreneur, in order to facilitate the purchase or maintenance of some equipment, for example.
The economic folder still wants to make available a childcare assistance, to the mothers who work outside the home.
It is also part of the proposal, an award in three different categories, awarding children who stand out, such as the best students, or in the field of science and technology, or in the field of sports.
Aid Payment Schedules
THE Federal Savings Bank, recently made available the calendar in which Bolsa Família beneficiaries will receive the emergency aid. As expected, installments will be paid according to the final NIS number.

About Bolsa Família
O aid program the part of the Brazilian population that lives in a situation of poverty or extreme poverty, called Bolsa Família, was created in the mid-2000s, during the beginning of the Lula government.
This benefit has already helped millions of Brazilian families, at some point of difficulty, to go through a difficult situation or even guarantee some fundamental rights, such as education and health, for example.
This program acts by transferring direct income from the country to the population, beneficiaries of this program.
